I have named my child care centre “ROSES” to beautifully illustrate how children should be considered and taken care of just as a gardener cares for their rose garden.
Roses need to be nurtured and looked after constantly to flourish and grow in the best possible way. When a rose is still a rose bud we do not shout at them for not being in blossom, when a rose looks tired and dry we nurture the soil, water the plant and take good care of exposing the rose to just the right amount of sun. We adjust our nurturing according to the needs of the plant and the circumstances of the environment.
I strongly believe that children with their various learning abilities and potentials deserve to be cared for and educated at the best caring environments which will enhance children’s social, emotional, physical, cognitive and creative growth specific to their special age and abilities.
